Welcome to a555. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete legal agreement between you and a555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of a555.online and all associated services — including sports betting, casino games, crash games, Ludo rooms, live casino, and any promotional offerings made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on a555, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use a555. We strongly recommend reading this document before you register — not after.

These Terms apply to all users of a555 regardless of location, though the Platform is designed and operated primarily for players based in Pakistan. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. To register and maintain an active account on a555, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must not be self-excluded from a555 or any related service. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you may not re-register without first contacting support and completing the proper reinstatement process.

a555 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. We may close any account at any time if we determine that the eligibility conditions above are no longer met. In cases of suspected underage gambling, a555 will immediately freeze the relevant account and investigate before any funds are returned.

Your a555 account is personal to you and must not be shared, transferred, or accessed by anyone else. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, including all bets placed and all withdrawals initiated, regardless of whether you personally authorised those actions.

You must choose a strong, unique password for your a555 account and must not use the same password on other websites or services. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised — or if you notice any suspicious activity in your account history — you must notify a555 support immediately via live chat or email.

a555 will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, or any external channel. Any communication claiming to be from a555 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately. a555 staff will never request your account password for any reason during support interactions.

All financial transactions on a555 — deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules govern payments on the Platform:

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing from a payment account belonging to another person — including a family member — is not permitted and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

a555 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any payment method not listed above. Any deposit made via an unsupported method will be reversed to the originating account. a555 is not responsible for transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. a555 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal if anti-money-laundering checks require it. Withdrawals to third parties are never permitted.

In cases where a bonus has been credited to your account, withdrawal of deposit funds may be restricted until wagering requirements have been met. The specific wagering conditions for each bonus are detailed in Section 7 below and in the individual promotion terms published at the time the bonus is offered.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on a555. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood these rules.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to availability of the relevant market. a555 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed the Platform's internal risk limits. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation notification with a reference number. Do not assume a bet is placed until you see this confirmation.

Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of discrepancies between live score data and official results, the official result governs. Settlement typically occurs within minutes of a match concluding, though complex markets (such as player performance props) may take longer.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the event does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled start time; or a clear pricing error is identified by a555. Void bets are refunded in full to your PKR wallet.

Live / In-Play Betting: Live markets close temporarily during goal kicks, corners, VAR reviews, and other match stoppages. a555 is not responsible if a bet cannot be placed during these automatic suspension windows. In-play bets accepted after a significant event (goal, wicket, red card) that was not yet reflected in the odds will be voided at a555's discretion.

Accumulators: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds. The rest of the accumulator remains active.

Maximum Payout: The maximum payout per single bet or accumulator on a555 is Rs 5,000,000 (five million Rupees). Any winnings exceeding this cap on a single bet will be paid at the cap amount.

All casino games, crash games, Ludo rooms, and live casino games available on a555 are subject to the rules described in this section, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface itself.

Game Fairness: All non-live casino games on a555 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces mathematically unbiased outcomes. The RNG certification and audit status is available to any player who requests it from a555 support. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by a555, the player, or any third party. Results are final once confirmed.

Crash Games (including Aviator): Crash games conclude at a random multiplier determined by the RNG before the round begins. The multiplier at which the game "crashes" is not influenced by the number of players in the round, total bets placed, or any other factor. The provably fair algorithm for each round is published after the round concludes and can be verified by players.

Ludo Games: Dice rolls in all Ludo rooms on a555 are generated by a certified RNG. No player, operator, or third party can influence the outcome of any dice roll. Tournament Ludo follows single-elimination bracket rules as displayed in the tournament lobby. Entry fees for real-money rooms are non-refundable once a game has started unless a verified technical fault on a555's side is responsible for game termination.

Technical Failures: In the event of a game crashing or disconnecting due to a fault in a555's systems, the bet will be treated as void and the stake returned. In the event of disconnection due to the player's internet connection, the game continues according to auto-play or pre-set rules where applicable. a555 is not responsible for losses resulting from the player's internet disconnection.

a555 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer.

Welcome Bonus: The a555 welcome bonus is a 100% match on a player's first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. For example, if you deposit Rs 10,000, your account will be credited with an additional Rs 10,000 in bonus funds, giving you a total playing balance of Rs 20,000. The bonus is credited automatically upon first deposit.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds on a555 carry a wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Using the example above: a Rs 10,000 bonus must generate Rs 100,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Deposits themselves are always withdrawable subject to standard verification.

Qualifying Bets: For sports betting bonuses, only bets at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Bets at lower odds contribute 0%. For casino games, all RNG games contribute 100% to wagering unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Live casino games and crash games contribute at the rate specified per promotion.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses on a555 expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless specific promotion terms state otherwise. Wagering requirements must be completed within this window. Expired bonus funds are removed from accounts automatically without notice.

Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using the bonus in a way that guarantees profit regardless of outcome, or coordinating with other players to farm bonus conditions — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of related winnings.

Right to Modify or Withdraw: a555 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering has begun, a555 will honour the original bonus terms for that specific instance.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on a555. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and recovery of any winnings derived from the prohibited activity.

All content on a555.online — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds formatting, software, source code, and database structures — is the intellectual property of a555 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any a555 content without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the a555 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence is conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms and terminates automatically upon account closure for any reason.

The a555 name, logo, and branding are proprietary marks. Any use of the a555 brand in any external context — including social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — without express written consent from a555 is prohibited.

a555 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a555 shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Platform; losses arising from the player's internet connection failing during a live bet or game; losses arising from a player acting on information from unofficial score sources that differ from the official result; or any action taken by a555 in good faith in response to suspected breach of these Terms.

a555's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim, or Rs 100,000, whichever is lower. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that a555 makes no representation that use of the Platform will result in profit. You gamble entirely at your own risk and within your own financial means.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through a555's internal complaints process will be subject to binding arbitration. You and a555 both waive the right to jury trial or participation in a class-action lawsuit to the extent permitted by law.

If you have a complaint about a555, please contact us first at support@a555.online with full details. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may seek resolution through the relevant regulatory body.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and a555 and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter.
